  1. Day 1 Nairobi → Lake Nakuru National Park | Afternoon Game Drive

    • 7:00 AM – Pick up from your Nairobi hotel/airport & drive towards Nakuru via the scenic Rift Valley.
    • Optional stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for photos.
    • Optional stop in Naivasha for coffee/snacks.
    • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Arrive in Nakuru town and check in at your lodge or camp.
    • Recommended stays:
    o Budget: Wildlife Club of Kenya Guesthouse
    o Mid range: Lake Nakuru Lodge / Sarova Lion Hill
    o Luxury: The Cliff / Mbweha Camp
    • Lunch at your lodge & rest.
    • 3:30–6:30 PM – Afternoon game drive inside Lake Nakuru National Park.
    • Spot white & black rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, impalas, waterbucks, baboons, and if lucky: lions or leopards.
    • Watch flocks of flamingos & pelicans feeding in the lake.

  2. Day 2 Full Day in Lake Nakuru National Park

    • 6:30 AM – Early morning game drive to catch predators & early light.
    • Look out for lions hunting, hyenas, and leopards resting in the trees.
    • Return for breakfast & relax.
    • Optional activities: swim at the lodge, or visit Nakuru town’s market.
    • After lunch, head out again for an afternoon game drive.
    • Visit Baboon Cliff (if open — note it’s sometimes closed) for panoramic views of the park.
    • Look for more rhinos, giraffes, and birdlife.
    • Dinner & overnight at your lodge/camp.

  3. Day 3 Morning Game Drive → Nairobi

    • Optional early morning game drive before breakfast.
    • Return for breakfast, check out & drive back to Nairobi.
    • Optional stop at Lake Naivasha for a boat ride (extra) to see hippos & waterbirds.
    • Optional lunch stop at a Naivasha lodge or restaurant en route.
    • Arrive in Nairobi by late afternoon (~3:00–4:00 PM).
